Patterns of genetic variation among host-plant associated populations of the green oak leaf roller moth, Tortrix viridana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) in oak forests of northwestern Iran

چکیده
شب پره جوانه خوار بلوط Tortrix viridana, Linnaeus, 1758 (Lep. Tortricidae) یکی از آفات مهم گونه های مختلف جنس Quercus spp. می باشد. لاروهای این آفت ها و برگ درختان تغذیه نمایند باعث بی برگی کامل مورد نظر شوند. در تحقیق تفاوت ژنتیکی پروانه با استفاده مارکرهای ISSR بر اساس میزبان آن جنگل شمال غرب ایران مطالعه قرار گرفت. 19 جمعیت شامل 171 فرد که سه branti Lindl. 1840, infectoria Oliv. 1801 libani جمع آوری شده بودند، بررسی نتایج نشان داد Q. دارای بیشترین تنوع حالیکه دو دیگر Q, infectoriaتنوع کمتری را دارا بودند. ساختار جغرافیایی درون (92 درصد) بسیار بیشتر بین (8 باشد، اثر روش تخمین بیزین میزان کلاستر مشخص (بر نظر) گرفتند. یافته تخصص میزبانی معنی دار اینکه مذکور فواصل موانع تحت تاثیر داده اند.
